Order of Layoff Employees shall be laid off within classification in accordance with their seniority. Full-time employees with the most amount of seniority will be laid off last, and those with the least amount of seniority will be laid off first.

Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter contained in this Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings and negotiations between the parties.

GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.01 For purposes of this Agreement, a grievance is defined as a difference arising between the parties relating to the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Agreement including any question as to whether a matter is arbitrable.
