Common use of Order Renewal Clause in Contracts

Unless either Party gives the other Party written notice of its intention not to renew an Order at least 15 days prior to the Order’s then current expiration date, the Order will automatically renew for additional periods of the same duration as the expiring Order Term (each, a “Renewal Order Term”).
