Order Reschedule. An Order Reschedule Fee applies if a technician visits your residence and is unable to carry out the necessary work because you, or an authorised person who is to be present on your behalf was not available to give the technician access to what they required to provision the Service. This fee also applies if you contact engin less than 48 hours prior to the arranged Service Provisioning date and request to change the date. The Order Reschedule Fee is $100.

Order Reschedule. In general, the Buyer is responsible to take receipt of the material(s) on the date of delivery specified in the Purchase Order Agreement. XXXXXXX METALS, INC. may entertain a request to reschedule the date of delivery in the event that the Order has neither started in manufacturing nor required the procurement of material intended solely for the Order in question. Upon request of a Buyer to reschedule a date of delivery, XXXXXXX METALS, INC. shall have sole discretion to determine whether or not to accommodate such request to reschedule the date of delivery. In accordance with XXXXXXX METALS, INC. policy, all orders scheduled to ship in a certain month must be shipped by the end of said month.

In accepting a Purchase Order, the Contractor recognizes its responsibility for all tasks and deliverables contained therein, warrants that it has fully informed itself of all relevant factors affecting accomplishment of the tasks and deliverables and agrees to be fully accountable for the performance thereof.

  • ORDER CANCELLATION Users of this contract are advised that orders (all or part) cancelled or returned after acceptance of requested merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the invoice amount (not to exceed $500.00 per order) plus return freight charges. The amount authorized for payment of return freight will, in no instance, be more than original delivery charges documented by carrier. These charges may be applied, at the option of the supplier, to those orders which have been accepted. Orders cancelled prior to shipment or acceptance by ordering entity from the manufacturer will not be assessed charges.

  • Contract Closure Contracting Officer shall give appropriate written notice to Purchaser when Purchaser has complied with the terms of this contract. Purchaser shall be paid refunds due from Timber Sale Account un- der B4.24 and excess cooperative deposits under B4.218.

  • Contract Closeout ‌ Prior to the contract’s expiration date, Supplier may be provided contract close out documentation and shall complete, sign and return to VITA Supply Chain Management within 30 days of receipt. This documentation may include, but not be limited to: Patent/Royalty Certificate, Tangible Property/Asset Certificate, Escrow Certificate, SWaM Subcontracting Certification of Compliance, Sales Reports/IFA Payments Completion Certificate, and Final Payment Certificate. Supplier is required to process these as requested to ensure completion of close-out administration and to maintain a positive performance reputation with the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any closeout documentation not received within 30 days of Supplier’s receipt of the Commonwealth's request will be documented in the contract file as Supplier non-compliance. Supplier’s non-compliance may affect any pending payments due the Supplier, including final payment, until the documentation is returned.

  • Order to Stop Work The Procurement Officer, may, by written order to Contractor at any time, and without notice to any surety, require Contractor to stop all or any part of the work called for by this contract. This order shall be for a specified period not exceeding 90 days after the order is delivered to Contractor, unless the parties agree to any further period. Any such order shall be identified specifically as a stop work order issued pursuant to this clause. Upon receipt of such an order, Contractor shall forthwith comply with its terms and take all reasonable steps to minimize the occurrence of costs allocable to the work covered by the order during the period of work stoppage. Before the stop work order expires, or within any further period to which the parties shall have agreed, the Procurement Officer shall either:

TIPS shall be notified when prices change in accordance with the award.
