Order Validity. You agree not to contest the validity or enforceability of orders placed via the Software or through the Web Site’s secure areas under the provisions of any applicable law. All orders placed using the user ID and password shall, for all purposes, be deemed to be in writing signed by you and will be admissible as between the parties to the same extent and under the same conditions as other business records originated and maintained in documentary form.
Order Validity. Orders placed using Customer’s password shall be Customer’s binding obligation. Upon placement via Pacific Online, all orders shall, for all purposes, be treated as writing signed by an authorized Customer representative and will be admissible between PPG and Customer to the same extent and under the same terms and conditions as other business records originated and maintained in documentary form.
Order Validity. Email Order confirmations shall remain valid for sixty (60) calendar days commencing on the date the Supplier submits an email response to the draft Order, during which time the Supplier commits to the quoted quantity and RDD so long as Chemonics places the firm Order for execution within the sixty (60) days validity period.
Order Validity. Unless otherwise agreed, the supplier must confirm the order within seven (7) days of the order date; this confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order, these General Terms and Conditions and the specific conditions stipulated. In the absence of a response within this period, the supplier is deemed to have accepted all of the terms of the order. When a confirmation is attached to the order, only this is valid and must be returned duly signed to Xxxxx Xxxxx & Cie SA. Any comments from the supplier must be submitted, point by point, for approval to Xxxxx Xxxxx & Cie SA with the order confirmation.
