Common use of Ordinary Compensation Clause in Contracts

Ordinary Compensation. For providing the SERVICES set forth in this CONTRACT, AMAGGI will receive from PDB, as a commission, the amount corresponding to [***]% ([***] percent) of the gross sales value of the PRODUCT commercialized within the scope of this CONTRACT, in accordance with the commercialization values contained in the price table practiced at the moment of the formalization of each PURCHASE ORDER during the term of this CONTRACT (“ORDINARY COMPENSATION”).
