Oregon Military Family Leave Act. This is leave taken by the spouse or domestic partner of a member 7 of the Armed Forces of the United States, the National Guard, or the military reserve forces of the 8 United States who has been called to active duty or notified of an impending call or order to active 9 duty, or who is on leave from active duty during a period of military conflict.
