As part of the Contractor’s HSE Management Plan, HSE performance monitoring system shall be in place. The Contractors shall have clear HSE objectives & targets approved by senior management. The Contractor shall ensure responsibility for key aspect of HSE management lies with HSE professionals who are part of line management.
