Organizational Rights and Union Representation. The Union, as the exclusive Representative of this bargaining unit, shall have the following rights: A. To use the facilities of any building for meetings, without fee, upon notification of the Administrator in charge of such building. Permission to use such facilities shall be given as long as it does not interfere with any previously authorized activity in said building. The Union shall be responsible for any additional custodial cost involved in the use of the building (e.g., cleanup, overtime). B. To use Board-owned equipment at times which do not interfere with the operation of the school system. Building administrator shall be notified prior to the use of Board-owned equipment. C. The Local shall have the right during the public participation section of the Board meeting to comment on items of concern.
