Political communications should not be distributed through the mail system. All other Association communications not approved as the business of the Employer shall be distributed through the U. S. mails or other means. Upon request by the Association, the Employer will provide on its web site a link to the Association’s web site, where the Association may post notices of interest to members. The SCOE web site is not a public forum. Organizational Rights. 4.1 3.1 The Association agrees that its officials, including but not limited to Job Representatives, shall contact employees only outside of working hours and shall conduct Association business only outside of the respective employee's working hours. The District will provide the Association with a seniority list for purposes of lay-offs of all classified employees in the District. Such list shall be provided upon request of the Association within ten (10) calendar days of the service of lay-off notices to members of the bargaining unit.
3.5 The District shall print and distribute to every existing unit member a copy of each contract upon this Agreement within a reasonable time after its ratification. The Employer may select District will also provide a copy to each new unit member employed during the type life of computer and software from commonly used productsthe Agreement.
