Competent Authorities The Parties shall inform each other about the structure, organisation and division of competences of their competent authorities during the first meeting of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary Sub-Committee referred to in Article 65 of this Agreement ("SPS Sub-Committee"). The Parties shall inform each other of any change of the structure, organisation and division of competences, including of the contact points, concerning such competent authorities.
District Approval The work completed herein must meet the approval of the District and shall be subject to the District’s general right of inspection and supervision to secure the satisfactory completion thereof.
Decision-Making Authority BMS shall have the sole decision-making authority for the operations and Commercialization strategies and decisions, including funding and resourcing, related to the Commercialization of Products; provided that such decisions are not inconsistent with the express terms and conditions of this Agreement, including BMS’ diligence obligations set forth in Section 5.1.
Authority of Contractor The Contractor shall have no right or authority, express or implied, to commit or otherwise obligate the Company in any manner whatsoever except to the extent specifically provided herein or specifically authorized in writing by the Company.
SCHOOL ACT APPEALS 1 Where a pupil and/or parent/guardian files an appeal under the School Act and Board By-law of a decision of an employee covered by this Agreement: a. the employee and the Association shall immediately be notified of the appeal, and shall be entitled to receive all documents relating to the appeal; b. the employee shall have a right to be present, and/or to have union representation at the hearing of the Appeal Committee; and c. the employee shall have the opportunity to provide a written submission with respect to the appeal.

Authority of the Company To carry out its purposes, the Company, consistent with and subject to the provisions of this Agreement and applicable law, is empowered and authorized to do any and all acts and things incidental to, or necessary, appropriate, proper, advisable, or convenient for, the furtherance and accomplishment of its purposes.
Contracting authority The contracting authority of this public contract is Enabel, the Belgian development agency, public-law company with social purposes, with its registered office at Xxx Xxxxx 000, 0000 Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxxxxx (enterprise number 0264.814.354, RPM/RPR Brussels). Enabel has the exclusive competence for the execution, in Belgium and abroad, of public service tasks of direct bilateral cooperation with partner countries.
