Other Affected Third Parties. When Work interfaces with other third party facilities, Developer is responsible for coordinating the Work with all third parties potentially affected by the Work. Developer shall prepare a plan, the Affected Third Parties Plan, which describes how Developer will mitigate the impact of the Work upon potentially impacted third parties, for TxDOT’s review prior to initiating discussions with potentially impacted third parties. Coordination with third parties may include, but is not limited to impacts to ROW, utilities, drainage, parks, Railroad, and the Port.
