Other Allowances The District shall pay to each teacher appointed by the District to the following positions, the Allowance respectively set forth opposite each such position, namely: Effective September 1, 2008

Rental Assistance Payments and Overpayment The right of the Owner to receive payments under this Contract shall be subject to compliance with this Contract’s provisions. The Owner agrees that, absent written notice to the Program Administrator and return of the Rental Assistance Payment, acceptance of the Rental Assistance Payment shall be conclusive evidence that the Owner received the full amount due. Throughout the term of this Contract, Owner agrees to waive any late fees associated with the Rental Assistance Payment, provided that such payment is issued by the Program Administrator by the agreed upon date. Owner/Representative Initials: If the Program Administrator determines that the Owner was not entitled to any payments received, in addition to other remedies, the Program Administrator may require Owner to refund any overpayment to the Program Administrator.
FACILITIES, PAYMENTS AND SERVICES 18 A. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide the services, staffing, facilities, and supplies in accordance 19 with this Agreement. COUNTY shall compensate, and authorize, when applicable, said services. 20 CONTRACTOR shall operate continuously throughout the term of this Agreement with at least the 21 minimum number and type of staff which meet applicable federal and state requirements, and which are 22 necessary for the provision of the services hereunder.
Child Support Payments Child Support payments for the Children Outside the Couple shall be made by the ☐ Husband ☐ Wife to the ☐ Husband ☐ Wife in payments of $ due each month commencing on the 1st of the month following a petition for Divorce being filed in the jurisdiction of Governing Law (“Child Support”). Our Right to Make Payments and Recover Overpayments If payments which should have been made by us according to this provision have actually been made by another organization, we have the right to pay those organizations the amounts we decide are necessary to satisfy the rules of this provision. These amounts are considered benefits provided under this plan and we will not have to pay those amounts again. If we make payments for allowable expenses, which are more than the maximum amount needed to satisfy the conditions of this provision, we have the right to recover the excess amounts from: • the person to or for whom the payments were made; • any other insurers; and/or • any other organizations (as we decide). As the subscriber, you agree to pay back any excess amount paid, provide information and assistance, or do whatever is necessary to aid in the recovery of this excess amount. The amount of payments made includes the reasonable cash value of any benefits provided in the form of services.
Special Allowances The Bank shall provide Executive with either the use of an automobile or an automobile allowance and either the use of a cellular telephone or a cellular telephone allowance during the Employment Period in accordance with the standard policies and practices of the Bank and consistent with that provided to Executive as of the Effective Date; provided that the allowance for a given year must be paid to the Executive not later than 2.5 months after the end of such year.
Advance Payments Payments made by the Borrower to satisfy future installments must be accounted for as prepaid installments of principal and interest. The Servicer should contact the Borrower if there is a question about the Borrower's intention in making any unscheduled payment.
