OTHER BENEFITS AND AGREEMENTS. The benefits provided for Executive and his Beneficiary under this Agreement are in addition to any other benefits available to such Executive under any other Agreement or program of the Corporation for its employees. Except as may otherwise be expressly provided for, this Agreement shall supplement and shall not supersede, modify, or amend any other Agreement or program of the Corporation in which the Executive is participating.
OTHER BENEFITS AND AGREEMENTS a. UNIFI agrees to provide and pay for all reasonable outplacement services of EMPLOYEE until the sooner of April 30, 2005 or until such time as EMPLOYEE has obtained new employment.

The benefits provided for the Participant and his Beneficiary under the Agreement are in addition to any other benefits available to such Participant under any other plan or program of the Company for its employees, and, except as may otherwise be expressly provided for, the Agreement shall supplement and shall not supersede, modify or amend any other plan or program of the Company in which a Participant is participating.
OTHER BENEFITS AND AGREEMENTS. The benefits provided for a Participant and his or her Beneficiary hereunder and under such Participant's Plan Agreement are in addition to any other benefits available to such Participant under any other program or plan of the Bank for its Directors, and, except as may otherwise be expressly provided for, this Plan and Plan Agreements entered into hereunder shall supplement and shall not supersede, modify, or amend any other program or plan of the Bank or a Participant. Moreover, benefits under this Plan and Plan Agreements entered into hereunder shall not be considered compensation for the purpose of computing deferrals or benefits under any plan maintained by the Bank that is qualified under Section 401 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954, as amended.

OTHER BENEFITS AND AGREEMENTS. The benefits provided for Employee hereunder are in addition to any other benefits Employee may have under any other plan or program of Bank and, except as otherwise expressly provided for herein, this Agreement shall supplement and shall not supersede any other Agreement between Bank and Employee or any provisions contained therein.
OTHER BENEFITS AND AGREEMENTS. A. EMPLOYEE is entitled to receive the benefits in his "Account" under the terms of the Unifi, Inc. Supplemental Key Employee Retirement Plan, effective July 26, 2006 (the "Plan"), as is specifically set forth in the Plan. This Agreement in no way affects the benefits or obligations of the Parties under the Plan.
OTHER BENEFITS AND AGREEMENTS. A. EMPLOYEE has elected the outplacement services of Right Management Associates, which UNIFI has agreed to provide EMPLOYEE for a period equal to the lesser of nine (9) months or until such time as EMPLOYEE has obtained new employment.
OTHER BENEFITS AND AGREEMENTS. A. Upon EMPLOYEE'S election on or before April 30, 2005, UNIFI agrees to provide EMPLOYEE with reasonable outplacement services provided by Right Management Associates for a period equal to the lesser of six (6) months or until such time as EMPLOYEE has obtained new employment.
