Coordination with Other Benefits. The benefits provided for the Executive or the Beneficiary under this Agreement are in addition to any other benefits available to the Executive under any other plan or program for employees of the Employer. This Agreement shall supplement and shall not supersede, modify, or amend any other such plan or program except as may otherwise be expressly provided herein.

Coordination with Other Benefits. (a) If, during any period of absence from work under Article 16.01 or during any period of absence from work under Article 16.02, the employee qualifies for Workers' Compensation Act benefits or for disability benefits under the Canada Pension Plan, or for any similar private or government benefits, the employee will remain entitled to full pay in accordance with Article 16.01 or 16.02
(b) as applicable only if all other benefits payments are assigned directly to the University, otherwise the employee’s pay will be reduced by the amount of such benefits.

The benefits provided for the Participant under this Agreement are in addition to any other benefits available to such Participant under any other plan or program for employees of an Employer. At the time of legal custody, an adopted child may be added to the faculty member's medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, and optional life insurance policy, subject to the requirements of the carriers. Any additions to the faculty member's benefits plan must occur within 31 days of court order.

(b) It is the employee’s responsibility to report receipt of any such benefits to their supervisor and to Employee Health Services. Failure to do so will be considered misconduct.
Coordination with Other Benefits. If the Company elects to enforce the Employee’s Non-Compete Covenant, in whole or in part, and the Employee is eligible for any other cash severance benefit under this Agreement or any other policy, plan or agreement, such other cash severance benefit shall be reduced (but not below zero) by the amount of the Non-Compete Payments.
