New Employment. If the Executive secures new employment during the three-year period following termination of employment, the level of any benefit being provided pursuant to Section 3(f) hereof shall be reduced to the extent that any such benefit is being provided by the Executive's new employer. The Executive, however, shall be under no obligation to seek new employment and, in any event, no other amounts payable pursuant to this Agreement shall be reduced or offset by any compensation received from new employment or by any amounts claimed to be owed by the Executive to the Company or its affiliates.
New Employment. Opportunities The employer will subsequently advise TEU and affected kaimahi as to whether employment opportunities exist with the new employer and, if so, the nature of those opportunities. The employer will also advise kaimahi and explain the implications of their right to accept or decline to transfer to the new employer.
12.11.5 Implications for redundancy compensation of election to transfer Xxxxxxx who are offered a position with the new employer on no less favourable terms and conditions, and performing the same duties, with full recognition of service-related entitlements as above, shall not be entitled to redundancy compensation from the employer because of the transfer.
New Employment. During the first six (6) months of employment, a new employee may use up to three (3) days of sick leave. After six (6) months, an employee may use any approved sick leave he/she has accrued.

New Employment.
5.1 Where the employment of an employee engaged in an activity of the University comes to an end because that activity is sold or transferred and the person who acquires that activity offers to employ that employee:
(a) on conditions that are the same as or no less favourable than the existing conditions; and
(b) on the basis that service with the University is treated as if it were service with the new employer and as if it were continuous;
(c) and the employee accepts the offer then the employee shall not be entitled to any severance payment under redundancy clause 4.1 of this agreement.
5.2 Where the employee declines to accept the position, the employee will consult with the employer over redeployment and other options contained in clauses 3 to 5 of this schedule, including the following option.
5.3 Where the person acquiring the activity offers a different role or employment on less favourable terms and conditions, the employee(s) and their representative(s) may, at their sole option, negotiate with the University over the terms and conditions surrounding termination of employment with the University and acceptance of employment with the new employer.
1.1 The Employment Relations Act 2000 requires that all collective and individual agreements contain a plain- language explanation of the services and processes available to resolve any employment relationship problems. The University has agreed on the following procedure.
New Employment. You agree that you will immediately inform Motorola of (i) the identity of any new employment, start-up business or self-employment in which you have engaged or will engage between the Transition Date and November 14, 2010 (the “Notice Period”), (ii) your title in any such engagement, and (iii) your duties and responsibilities. You hereby authorize Motorola to provide a copy of this Agreement, excluding the economic terms, to any new employer or other entity or business by which you are engaged during the Notice Period. You further agree that during the Notice Period, you will provide such information to Motorola as it may from time to time reasonably request in order to determine your compliance with this Agreement.

New Employment. It is the intention of the parties that the employment of all the Employees with the Vendor shall be terminated with effect from Completion and Employee Entitlements paid out by the Vendor. The Purchaser shall, before Completion, offer all the Employees employment with the Purchaser from Completion on terms and conditions no less favourable than those applying to the Employees prior to Completion and on a basis which preserves their accrued rights other than Employee Entitlements and continuity of employment and in all respects treats service before Completion as part of their service with the Purchaser.
