Other Competent Jurisdiction. Nothing in this Clause shall limit the right of the Agent and/or any Bank to take Proceedings against the Borrower or any of the Shareholders in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of Proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the Agent and/or any Bank from taking Proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.
Other Competent Jurisdiction. This Clause 36 is for the benefit of the Finance Parties only. As a result, no Finance Party shall be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Finance Parties may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.
Other Competent Jurisdiction. 32.3 Nothing in this Clause 32 shall limit the right of the Bank to take Proceedings against the Borrower in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of Proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the Bank from taking Proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.
Other Competent Jurisdiction. This Clause 26 is for the benefit of the Company only. As a result, the Company shall not be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Company may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.

Nothing in this Clause shall limit the right of the Security Trustee and/or any Secured Party to take Proceedings against the Borrower or any of the Shareholders in any other court of competent jurisdiction nor shall the taking of Proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the Security Trustee and/or any Secured Party from taking Proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not.

As a result, the Lender shall not be prevented from taking proceedings relating to a Dispute in any other courts with jurisdiction. To the extent allowed by law, the Lender may take concurrent proceedings in any number of jurisdictions.
