Other Disposal Clause Samples

The 'Other Disposal' clause defines the rules and procedures for disposing of assets or property in ways not otherwise specified in the agreement. It typically outlines what constitutes an 'other disposal,' such as transfers, sales, or assignments outside the ordinary course of business, and may require prior consent or notification before such actions are taken. This clause ensures that all parties are aware of and can control significant changes in asset ownership, thereby preventing unauthorized or unexpected transfers that could affect the interests of stakeholders.
