OTHER DUTIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 9.1 The Registrar shall perform the duties set out in this Agreement and the Conditions and, in performing those duties, shall act in accordance with this Agreement and the Conditions.
OTHER DUTIES OF THE REGISTRAR. 11.1 The Registrar shall perform such duties as are set out herein and in the Terms and Conditions, any N Covered Bond Agreement and in any N Covered Bond Assignment and Accession Agreement and, in performing those duties, shall act in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the provisions of this Agreement, of the N Covered Bond Conditions and of the N Covered Bond Assignment and Accession Agreement.
