Other Duties. Executive agrees to serve as requested by the Company as a director of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates and in one or more executive offices of any of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates; provided, that the Company indemnifies Executive for serving in any and all such capacities in a manner acceptable to the Company and Executive. Executive agrees that he shall not be entitled to receive any compensation for serving in any capacities of the Company's subsidiaries and affiliates other than the compensation to be paid to Executive by the Company pursuant to this Agreement.
