Those Member States whose MEPs are duly authorised by virtue of their functions, in accordance with national laws and regulations, to access information classified CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL and above without undergoing a security- clearance procedure, will notify the European Parliament thereof. 6.2 Undertaking of contract services for maintenance on a specific contract with Gloucester Housing Association 6.3 Initial processing of RTB applications This schedule sets out the arrangements for:- • the management of the Council’s Housing Revenue Account by CBH • financial transactions between the Council and CBH in respect of the delegated services CBH shall ensure that appropriately trained staff, as approved by the Chief Finance Officer, are employed at all times to undertake all HRA financial management responsibilities detailed in this schedule. CBH will be responsible for the preparation and safe storage of all relevant working papers which will available to the Chief Finance Officer on request. CBH shall prepare the HRA Business Plan including all financial forecasting. The Initial Business Plan is to be prepared prior to 31st March 2010 and will be updated annually thereafter to reflect changes to financial forecasts and performance achievements. The Business Plan will be subjected to a material review every five years unless there are significant events which necessitate an earlier review.
