Other Eligible Person Program. Xxxxx State University will make available to members of the bargaining unit the existing Other Eligible Person benefits program, as set out below. The University reserves the unilateral right to cause these provisions to be reopened for bargaining by giving notice to the effect at any time after December 31, 2010, in which event the Union agrees expeditiously to meet and attempt in good faith to resolve any differences.
