Other Emergencies. Seattle may temporarily interrupt or reduce deliveries of water to Water Utility if Seattle determines that such interruption or reduction is necessary or reasonable in case of system emergencies or in order to install equipment, make repairs, replacements, investigations and inspections or perform other maintenance work on the Seattle Water Supply System. Except in cases of emergency, and in order that Water Utility's operations will not be unreasonably interrupted, Seattle shall give Water Utility and the Operating Board reasonable notice of any such interruption or reduction, the reasons for and the probable duration. Seattle shall use its best efforts to minimize service interruptions to Water Utility.
Other Emergencies. The Idaho NRCS will follow standard cultural resources procedures outlined in Attachment 3.
Other Emergencies. A matter of a compelling emergency nature which is not covered by one of the above reasons and which cannot be reasonably disregarded, and is of such severity that the unit member is required to attend to it during assigned hours of service. Unit members shall, whenever possible, give 24 hours notice of such emergency. Each submittal will require four hard copies and two DVDs. The Department will provide the Contractor a DVD with all existing Maintenance Maps. These maps were created using Microstation. All plan features stated below are required in the maps. Submit maps as described below.
Other Emergencies. The Contractor shall work with the District to develop alternative interim fuel delivery solutions in the advent of a natural disaster or other emergencies that may disrupt normal fueling operations. The Contractor shall provide the District with a 24-hour contact number.

Other Emergencies. ‌ If the Office of the Secretary of State is closed due to any life–threatening emergency and the employees are sent home by the direction of the Employer, full pay will be provided for the duration of the emergency status.
Other Emergencies. Company expects Vessel Owner to have made suitable arrangements for safe sheltered anchorage during severe weather including but not limited to tropical storms or hurricanes and Vessel Owner warrants such arrangements have or will be made. Vessel Owner may not assume that Company’s premises will be safe, sheltered anchorage during such period. In the event of impending severe weather or an emergency, Company, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to move or evacuate the Vessel or take such other actions as Company deems appropriate at Vessel Owner’s sole risk and expense. UNDERTAKING TO MOVE OR EVACUATE THE VESSEL SHALL NOT BE DEEMED AN ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SAFETY, SECURITY, AND CARE OF THE VESSEL BY COMPANY. COMPANY SHALL NOT BE DEEMED A BAILEE OF THE VESSEL. Vessel Owner agrees to reimburse Company for any and all costs it incurs on Vessel Owner’s behalf in emergency situations.

  • Personal Emergency Leave 1. An educator will be granted up to five (5) days of leave per year to cover situations beyond the control of the educator which would significantly impair teaching service. Personal emergency leave may not be used for illness or injury, or illness or injury in the immediate family. Deductions from the gross pay of an educator for this leave shall be made at the degreed substitute rate of pay for each day taken. 2. An educator may be granted up to five (5) days leave without pay for business or personal reasons having unusual circumstances.

An employee who wishes to take leave under this section shall advise his or her Hospital that he or she will be doing so. If the employee must begin the leave before advising the Hospital, the employee shall advise the Hospital of the leave as soon as possible after beginning it. An employee is entitled to take a total of 10 days’ leave under this section each year. If an employee takes any part of a day as leave under this section, the Hospital may deem the employee to have taken one day’s leave on that day for the purposes of this Article. The Hospital may require an employee who takes leave under this section to provide evidence reasonable in the circumstances that the employee is entitled to the leave. Upon the conclusion of an employee’s leave under this Article, the Hospital shall reinstate the employee to the position the employee most recently held with the Hospital, if it still exists, or to a comparable position, if it does not.

  • Hardship In the event the Investor sells the Company's Common Stock pursuant to subsection (c) above and the Company fails to perform its obligations as mandated in Section 2.5 and 2.2 (c), and specifically fails to provide the Investor with the shares of Common Stock for the applicable Advance, the Company acknowledges that the Investor shall suffer financial hardship and therefore shall be liable for any and all losses, commissions, fees, or financial hardship caused to the Investor.
