OTHER EVALUATION PROCEDURES. 1. Duties and Responsibilities of Evaluation Immediate supervisor conducts a “duties and responsibilities evaluation” in accordance with District Policy. The regular (tenured) faculty member will be evaluated on requirements such as holding classes, maintaining roster and attendance records, turning in grades, posting and holding office hours, and performing departmental/institutional duties such as attending meetings, serving on committees, advising students, etc.
