Common use of Other Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive such of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.

Other Fringe Benefits. During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled eligible to receive participate in fringe benefits provided by the Company from time to time on the same basis as such fringe benefits are made available to other executives of the Company’s other fringe benefits as are being provided to other Executives of the Company on the Senior Executive Team.
