Fringe Benefits; Vacation. Employee shall accrue paid vacation in each period of twelve (12) consecutive months of employment during the term of this Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Company’s vacation accrual policies and limits. Employee shall be eligible for such other fringe benefits as are provided to the Company’s senior executive level employees generally from time to time.
Fringe Benefits; Vacation. Executive shall receive standard Mark XXX fringe benefits, including three (3) weeks of vacation with pay each year.

The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all fringe benefit programs that the Company establishes and makes available to its employees, if any, to the extent that Executive’s position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him eligible to participate. The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation per year, to be taken at such times as may be approved by the Board or its designee. Vacation days must be taken during the calendar year with no carryover of vacation days to the following 12-month period. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to limit the Company’s ability to amend, suspend, or terminate any fringe benefit program at any time without providing the Executive notice, and the right to do so is expressly reserved.

The Company will provide Executive with such fringe benefits and other executive benefits on the same terms and conditions as generally applicable to senior management from time to time (e.g., health and long-term disability insurance, etc.); provided, however, that nothing herein shall preclude the Company from amending or terminating any employee or general executive benefit plans or programs in a manner generally applicable to all of the Company’s senior executives.
Fringe Benefits; Vacation. Executive shall participate in the Company's automobile program and all other fringe benefits to the same extent as other senior executives of the Company. Executive shall be entitled to a number of paid vacation days each year as allowed under the Company's vacation policy as currently in effect which shall be no less than four (4) weeks.

The Employee shall be entitled to paid vacation in accordance with the Company's standard vacation policies in effect from time to time.

Executive is entitled to four weeks’ paid vacation during each calendar year, with the scheduling of such vacation to be determined in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies as in effect from time to time. If Executive does not take the full vacation available in any year, the unused vacation may not be carried over to the next calendar year, and Executive will not be compensated for it.
Fringe Benefits; Vacation. The Employee shall participate in and shall receive during the Period of Employment employee benefit plans and fringe benefits of the Company in accordance with the most favorable plans, practices, programs and policies of the Company, as presently in effect or as they may be modified or added to by the Company from time to time, including, without limitation, plans providing retirement benefits, medical insurance, life insurance, disability insurance and accidental death or dismemberment insurance. The paid vacation entitlement of the Employee shall be ____ weeks per year.

The Employee shall be entitled to four weeks paid vacation per calendar year.

Executive shall be entitled to fringe benefits and paid vacation in accordance with the plans, practices, programs and policies as in effect generally with respect to other peer executives of International Paper, PROVIDED HOWEVER, Executive shall be entitled to five weeks of vacation per year.
