Fringe Benefits; Vacation. Employee shall accrue paid vacation in each period of twelve (12) consecutive months of employment during the term of this Agreement in accordance with the terms of the Company’s vacation accrual policies and limits. Employee shall be eligible for such other fringe benefits as are provided to the Company’s senior executive level employees generally from time to time.

Fringe Benefits; Vacation. Executive shall receive standard Mark XXX fringe benefits, including three (3) weeks of vacation with pay each year.
Fringe Benefits; Vacation. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all fringe benefit programs that the Company establishes and makes available to its employees, if any, to the extent that Executive’s position, tenure, salary, age, health and other qualifications make him eligible to participate. The Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks paid vacation per year, to be taken at such times as may be approved by the Board or its designee. Vacation days must be taken during the calendar year with no carryover of vacation days to the following 12-month period. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to limit the Company’s ability to amend, suspend, or terminate any fringe benefit program at any time without providing the Executive notice, and the right to do so is expressly reserved.
