Common use of Other Fringe Benefits Clause in Contracts

Other Fringe Benefits. During the period of employment hereunder, the Company shall (i) provide Employee with the use of an automobile, (ii) reimburse Employee for the expense of his attendance at such meetings and conventions the Company requires him to attend, and (iii) pay on behalf of Employee dues required to maintain membership during his employment in a country club in Columbia, South Carolina to be determined by Company and Employee.
