Other Fringe Benefits. Employee shall be eligible to participate, on the same terms and conditions as all other employees of the Company, in all reasonable and customary fringe benefit plans made available to the employees of the Company and its Affiliated Companies, including but not limited to, Group Health Insurance (medical, vision and dental) and Long and Short Term Disability Insurance.
