Other Labor Laws and Immigration Laws. Consultant shall comply, and shall require its subcontractors to comply, with all applicable labor, employment, and immigration laws that may impact Consultant’s obligations under this Agreement, including but not limited to federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and executive orders that are now or that become applicable to the Consultant during the period the Consultant is performing the Services hereunder. Without limiting the foregoing, Consultant shall comply strictly with all laws relating to the verification of its workers’ eligibility to work in the United States, including the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 and Form I-9 requirements.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions The Borrower has implemented and maintains in effect policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance by the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions, and the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective officers and employees and to the knowledge of the Borrower its directors and agents, are in compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions in all material respects. None of (a) the Borrower, any Subsidiary or any of their respective directors, officers or employees, or (b) to the knowledge of the Borrower, any agent of the Borrower or any Subsidiary that will act in any capacity in connection with or benefit from the credit facility established hereby, is a Sanctioned Person. No Borrowing or Letter of Credit, use of proceeds or other transaction contemplated by this Agreement will violate any Anti-Corruption Law or applicable Sanctions.

  • LAWS AND ORDINANCES In the exercise of any privilege granted by this license, licensee shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local government, and municipal laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, regulations, codes, decrees, orders and other such requirements (collectively, laws) including without limitation Laws regarding wages and hours, health, safety, building codes, emergencies, and security.
