Other Nondiscrimination Laws. Apart from 49 U.S.C. § 5332, the Indian Tribe agrees to comply with all applicable provisions of other Federal laws and regulations, and follow applicable Federal directives pertaining to and prohibiting discrimination, except to the extent the Federal Government determines otherwise in writing.
