Common use of Other Occupational Licenses Clause in Contracts

Other Occupational Licenses. Employees shall be reimbursed for all costs incurred in obtaining and/or renewing occupational licenses used in the course of their employment with the Company, under the following conditions: ▪ The occupational license was obtained upon request by the Company; ▪ The Employee/s presented proof of costs incurred as a result of obtaining and/or renewing the license/s to the Company; ▪ The license was obtained and/or renewed after the date of lodgement of this Agreement.
