At the direction of the City, Franchisee shall participate in and promote AB 939, AB 341, AB 1826, SB 1383 or other Applicable Law activities and other Solid Waste management techniques at community events and local activities. Such participation would normally include providing, without cost, educational and publicity information promoting the goals of the City's Discarded Materials program.
