Other Pharmaceutical Relationships. Nothing in the Agreement shall preclude 22 CONTRACTOR from pursuing other, independent sources of revenue from Pharmaceutical 23 Manufacturers, and engaging in other revenue-producing relationships with Pharmaceutical 24 Manufacturers. CONTRACTOR may receive fees or other compensation from Pharmaceutical 25 Manufacturers, including, without limitation, administrative fees not exceeding three percent (3%) of 26 the aggregate cost of the pharmaceutical products dispensed to Members, and fees for property provided 27 or services rendered to a Pharmaceutical Manufacturer. Other Pharmaceutical Relationships. Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude PBM from pursuing other sources of revenue from Covered Manufacturers or third party rebate aggregator or engaging in other revenue-producing relationships with Covered Manufacturers, including, but not limited to, obtaining funding for Clinical Communications as described in Section 1(f)(iv). PBM warrants that is will not intentionally negotiate a reduction in rebates or decline an offer of increased rebates for a Participating Group(s) in exchange for other sources of revenues.

  • AGENCY RELATIONSHIPS If permitted by applicable law, the Owner hereby consents to the Agent acting as a dual agent for the Owner and any tenant(s) or buyer(s) resulting in a real estate transaction.
