Professional Activities The Superintendent/Principal shall be encouraged to attend appropriate professional meetings at the local, state, and national levels. Within budget constraints, such costs of attendance shall be paid by the Board. The Superintendent/Principal’s attendance at professional meetings at the national level must have prior approval of the Board.
Outside Professional Activities The President/Superintendent may undertake outside professional activities, including consulting, speaking, and writing provided these activities do not interfere with the President/Superintendent’s duties.
Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures. A copy of these policies and procedures shall be made available to the CONTRACTOR upon request.

Professional Learning A. School-based Professional Learning
Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.
Paraprofessionals 4.3.1 Paraprofessionals employed by the Charter School shall meet all qualification requirements imposed by applicable federal and State law, rules, and regulations.
Other Activities/Renovations A. The Contractor acknowledges its responsibility to assure the Judicial Council’s quiet enjoyment of the Program and to provide the full service level of the Property for the Program, free from outside distractions, disturbances, and/or interruptions. The Contractor shall avoid assigning any rooms to the Judicial Council or the Attendees during the Program which are adjacent to or across from any group or activity that may generate noise or other distractions, such as construction or other conduct, sufficient to detract from quiet enjoyment of the Program on the Property.
Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema. Information and Services Required of the Owner § 3.1.1 The Owner shall provide information with reasonable promptness, regarding requirements for and limitations on the Project, including a written program which shall set forth the Owner’s objectives, constraints, and criteria, including schedule, space requirements and relationships, flexibility and expandability, special equipment, systems, sustainability and site requirements.
