Other Provider Charges. The Plan does not provide Benefits for physician or other practitioners’ charges for consulting with Members by telephone, fax, e-mail or other consultation or medical management service not involving direct care with the Member. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: surcharges for furnishing and/or receiving medical records and reports; charges for doing research with Providers not directly responsible for your care; charges that are not documented in Provider records; charges for an outside laboratory or shop for services in connection with an order involving devices (e.g. prosthetic, orthotic) which are manufactured by that laboratory or shop, but which are designed to be fitted and adjusted by the attending physician; and charges related to membership, administrative, or access fees by physicians or other Providers (e.g. education brochures, providing test results to Members).

  • User Charges 1. User charges that may be imposed by the competent charging authorities or bodies of each Party on the airlines of the other Party shall be just, reasonable, not unjustly discriminatory, and equitably apportioned among categories of users. In any event, any such user charges shall be assessed on the airlines of the other Party on terms not less favorable than the most favorable terms available to any other airline at the time the charges are assessed.

  • Maintenance Charges 3.1 The annual service charge for the Maintenance Service is payable annually in advance. Payment for services provided to the Customer in addition to the Maintenance Services is due on presentation of an invoice by the Supplier.

  • OUR CHARGES 6.1 We charge a brokerage fee for our services (the “Fee”). Unless otherwise agreed and where we are not acting as principal, the Fee will be levied in accordance with our rates in effect at the time the Fees are incurred or as otherwise notified to you, verbally or in writing prior to dealing. Any alteration to these Fees will be notified to you at or before the time of the change.

  • Other Charges The following other charges (fees) will be added to your Account, as applicable:

  • Termination Charges Any provision requiring the Agency to pay a fixed amount or liquidated damages upon termination of the agreement is hereby deleted. The Agency may only agree to reimburse a Vendor for actual costs incurred or losses sustained during the current fiscal year due to wrongful termination by the Agency prior to the end of any current agreement term.

  • CAISO Charges (a) Seller shall assume all liability and reimburse Buyer for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Buyer because of Seller’s failure to perform any covenant or obligation set forth in this Agreement. Buyer shall assume all liability and reimburse Seller for any and all CAISO Penalties incurred by Seller as a result of Buyer’s actions, including those resulting in a Buyer Curtailment Period.

  • Utility Charges Tenant shall pay or cause to be paid all charges for electricity, power, gas, oil, water and other utilities used in connection with the Leased Property.

  • Service Charges No service charge shall be made for any exchange or registration of transfer of Warrants.

  • Third-Party Charges Customer may incur charges from third party service providers that are separate and apart from the amounts charged by Comcast. These may include, without limitation, charges resulting from accessing on-line services, calls to parties who charge for their telephone based services, purchasing or subscribing to other offerings via the Internet or interactive options on Public View Video, Video, or otherwise. Customer agrees that all such charges, including all applicable taxes, are Customer’s sole responsibility. In addition, Customer is solely responsible for protecting the security of credit card information provided to others in connection with such transactions.

  • Installation Charges (a) We will charge you installation Charges as stated (or indicated by) in your Contract.
