Other Purchased Services. The Network may request that the District negotiate for the direct purchase of District services not otherwise included in this Contract pursuant to C.R.S. §§22-30.5-112(2)(a.9) or 22-30.5-112.1, if applicable, (b). Such negotiations shall be concluded by June 1st of the fiscal year preceding that to which the purchased services apply, unless otherwise agreed to by both Parties.
