OTHER QUALITY PROGRAMS. 3.5.1 MKS' Quality System MKS' quality system must be in compliance with ISO 9000. If MKS is not currently ISO 9000 certified, MKS must provide their documented plans to achieve certification with a tune that is mutually agreeable to both parties. MKS also agrees to participate in the SSQA development and implementation plan.
