Common use of Other Requests Clause in Contracts

Other Requests. If a Principal receives a notice to supply information or testify in a civil or criminal court proceeding as a result of their employment, they must notify the Assistant Superintendent, Division of Leadership, Teaching and Learning, and the Director, Human Resources. If the Principal must appear at the proceeding, the Principal will be entitled to their pay and no deductions of any leave provisions will be charged to the Principal. If the matter is a result of actions for which the Principal has been found to have acted improperly and thus disciplined, by the Assistant Superintendent, Human Resources, the day(s) absent will be deducted from Personal Leave or Short-Term Leave referenced in this Article.
