Other Street Surface Improvements. Street surface improvements including street lights, traffic signals and conduits, signal interconnect, street name signs, roadway signing and striping, and appurtenances shall be deemed substantially complete when installed as shown on the improvement plans and in accordance with City standard plans and specifications and upon confirmation of such installation by the Field Inspector.
