Other supporting documents. The Lender must receive on or before the Closing Date the following, each of which must be satisfactory to the Lender in form and content, (a) such legal opinions, certificates, proceedings, instruments and other documents as the Lender or its counsel may reasonably request to evidence (1) compliance by the Borrower and all other parties to the Credit Documents with legal requirements, (2) the truth and accuracy as of the Closing Date of the respective representations thereof contained in the Credit Documents, and (3) the due performance or satisfaction by such parties at or prior to the Closing Date of all agreements then required to be performed and all conditions then required to be satisfied by them pursuant to the Credit Documents, and (b) such additional supporting documents as the Lender or its counsel may reasonably request.
