OTHER TERMS AND AGREEMENTS. 2.1. The Licensor permits You to use the Software and the Documentation only in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Use of some third party materials, if any, included in the Software or in the Documentation may be subject to other terms and conditions. Such other terms and conditions will supersede all or portions of this Agreement in the event of a conflict with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Borrower shall default in the observance or performance of any other covenant or agreement on the part of Borrower to be observed or performed pursuant to this Loan Agreement, and the other Loan Documents, and such default shall continue unremedied for fifteen (15) days after the giving of written notice thereof by Bank to Borrower specifying such default.
