Common use of Other Types of Traffic Clause in Contracts

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB to Verizon, CBB shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBB. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Ygnition to Verizon, CBB Ygnition shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBYgnition. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on VerizonFrontier’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on VerizonFrontier’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Cost Plus to Verizon, CBB Cost Plus shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBCost Plus. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB New Horizons to Verizon, CBB New Horizons shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBNew Horizons. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Xxxx Tell to Verizon, CBB Xxxx Tell shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBXxxx Tell. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic, and Applicable Law. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any any‌ intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB dishNet to Verizon, CBB dishNet shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBdishNet. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic, and Applicable Law. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ Parties rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB BLC to Verizon, CBB BLC shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBBLC. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in Verizon s networikn a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ Parties exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s Verizon s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, InterMTA Traffic shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Denali to Verizon, CBB Denali shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBDenali. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect t to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Airus to Verizon, CBB Airus shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBAirus. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic, and Applicable Law. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB TQCI to Verizon, CBB TQCI shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBTQCI. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, InterMTA Traffic shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Halo to Verizon, CBB Halo shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBHalo. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Selectel to Verizon, CBB Selectel shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBSelectel. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Xxxxxx to Verizon, CBB Marion shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBXxxxxx. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB INA to VerizonFrontier, CBB INA shall pay Verizon Frontier the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon Frontier for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon Frontier by CBBINA. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on VerizonFrontier’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on VerizonFrontier’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB MSI to Verizon, CBB MSl shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBMSI. 8.4 8,,5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 . The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ ' exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s 's network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ Parties rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Slt to Verizon, CBB Slt shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBSlt. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in Verizon s networikn a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ Parties exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s Verizon s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, InterMTA Traffic shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB EMW to Verizon, CBB EMW shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBEMW. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, Information Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Nettalk to Verizon, CBB Nettalk shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBNettalk. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ Parties exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s Verizon s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet OrderOrders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.

Other Types of Traffic. ‌ 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate InterMTA Exchange Access, InterMTA Information Access, exchange services for InterMTA Exchange Access or InterMTA Information Access, and Toll Traffic, other InterMTA Traffic shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by CBB Alltel to Verizon, CBB Alltel shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by CBBAlltel. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 8.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.

Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied at such technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA in accordance with the FCC Internet Order.
