Common use of Other Types of Traffic Clause in Contracts

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 above, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs to Verizon, GNAPs shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by GNAPs. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 above, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information accessInformation Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information accessInformation Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs Talk Unlimited to Verizon, GNAPs Talk Unlimited shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by GNAPsTalk Unlimited. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 above, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information accessInformation Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information accessInformation Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs D&E to Verizon, GNAPs D&E shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by GNAPs.D&E. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 above, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information accessInformation Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information accessInformation Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs Verizon A venue to Verizon, GNAPs Verizon Avenue shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by GNAPsVerizon Avenue. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. ‌ 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.Regulations.‌ 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 above, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information accessInformation Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information accessInformation Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs Xxxx Telecom to Verizon, GNAPs Xxxx Telecom shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by GNAPsXxxx Telecom. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 5.8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 5.8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 5.8.1 above, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information accessInformation Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information accessInformation Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 5.8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs RNK to Verizon, GNAPs RNK shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by GNAPs.RNK 8.4 5.8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 70.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 70.2 Subject to Section 8.1 70.1 above, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information accessInformation Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information accessInformation Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 70.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs SOUTHEAST to VerizonALLTEL, GNAPs SOUTHEAST shall pay Verizon ALLTEL the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon ALLTEL for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon ALLTEL by GNAPsSOUTHEAST. 8.4 70.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 above, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information accessInformation Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information accessInformation Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs Prepaid to Verizon, GNAPs Prepaid shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by GNAPsPrepaid. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 6.2 Subject to Section 8.1 above6.1 of this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information accessInformation Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information accessInformation Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs CSPR to VerizonPRTC, GNAPs CSPR shall pay Verizon PRTC the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon PRTC for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon PRTC by GNAPsCSPR. 8.4 6.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic. 6.5 The Parties may also exchange Internet Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on PRTC’s network established hereunder for the exchange of Reciprocal Compensation Traffic. Any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with the Parties’ exchange of Internet Traffic shall be applied in accordance with Applicable Law.

Other Types of Traffic. ‌ 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.Regulations.‌ 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 aboveof this Attachment, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information accessInformation Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information accessInformation Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs BullsEye to Verizon, GNAPs BullsEye shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by GNAPsBullsEye. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 8.2 Subject to Section 8.1 above, interstate and intrastate Exchange Access, information accessInformation Access, exchange services for Exchange Access or information accessInformation Access, and Toll Traffic, shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 8.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by GNAPs Budget Phone to Verizon, GNAPs Budget Phone shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by GNAPsBudget Phone. 8.4 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.
