Common use of Other Types of Traffic Clause in Contracts

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax to Verizon, Ymax shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by Ymax. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax ENT to Verizon, Ymax ENT shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxENT. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ Parties rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax BLC to Verizon, Ymax BLC shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxBLC. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax New Horizons to Verizon, Ymax New Horizons shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxNew Horizons. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax CTT to Verizon, Ymax CTT shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxCTT. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax TQCI to Verizon, Ymax TQCI shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxTQCI. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax LNS to Verizon, Ymax LNS shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxLNS. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax MTC to Verizon, Ymax MTC shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxMTC. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax Talk America to Verizon, Ymax Talk America shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxTalk America. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order Orders and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax iNetworks to Verizon, Ymax iNetworks shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxiNetworks. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax Dynalink to Verizon, Ymax Dynalink shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxDynalink. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ Parties rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax Slt to Verizon, Ymax Slt shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxSlt. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax CBB to Verizon, Ymax CBB shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxCBB. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax Xxxxxx to Verizon, Ymax Xxxxxx shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxXxxxxx. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax KDL to Verizon, Ymax KDL shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxKDL. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax One Voice to Verizon, Ymax One Voice shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxOne Voice. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ Parties rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax NHC to Verizon, Ymax NHC shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxNHC. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax Princeton to Verizon, Ymax Princeton shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxPrinceton. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax Global Link to Verizon, Ymax Global Link shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxGlobal Link. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax Voxbeam to Verizon, Ymax Voxbeam shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxVoxbeam. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax NHC to Verizon, Ymax NHC shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxNHC. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax Globetel to Verizon, Ymax Globetel shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxGlobetel. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ ' rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that VZ ALLTEL SC CMRS ICA 093005 FINAL, doc 63 may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 6_1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll InterMTA Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For the avoidance of any doubt, neither Party may send any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax that is not originated on its respective network to Verizon, Ymax shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at other Party through the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by Ymax.Third Party Tandem Provider under this Attachment+ 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic or Tandem Transit Traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 . 6_5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax TWCIS to Verizon, Ymax TWCIS shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxTWCIS. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax VNCI to Verizon, Ymax VNCI shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxVNCI. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax Threshold to Verizon, Ymax Threshold shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxThreshold. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.

Other Types of Traffic. 6.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or otherwise: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations. 6.2 Subject to Section 6.1 of this Attachment, IntraLATA Toll Traffic exchanged under this Attachment shall be governed by the applicable provisions of this Agreement and applicable Tariffs. 6.3 For any traffic originating with a third party carrier and delivered by Ymax Smartrak to Verizon, Ymax Smartrak shall pay Verizon the same amount that such third party carrier would have been obligated to pay Verizon for termination of that traffic at the location the traffic is delivered to Verizon by YmaxSmartrak. 6.4 Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement or otherwise, no Interexchange Carrier (IXC) traffic may be exchanged under this Attachment. 6.5 Any traffic not specifically addressed in this Attachment shall be treated as required by the applicable Tariff of the Party transporting and/or terminating the traffic.
