Other Work and Pay Rules. All other work and pay rules not addressed by this implementation package are covered by the rules described in the Letter of Understanding between the City and County of San Francisco and the International Union of Operating Engineers, Stationary Local 39 (for fiscal Years 1990-1993). In addition, other rules are described in the Employee Handbook for al1 City and County of San Francisco employees.
