Common use of Out of Hours Clause in Contracts

Out of Hours. The provisions in Schedule 8 of the TCS will apply to recognise the unsocial nature of work done Out of Hours, which is any time that falls outside the period of 07:00 to 21:00 Monday to Friday and any time on a Saturday or Sunday, or statutory or public holiday, and the flexibility needed by doctors who work at these times as part of a more varied overall working pattern. Remuneration for work done out of hours is covered by clause 23 below.
