Common use of Outcomes for Learners Clause in Contracts

Outcomes for Learners. The Contractor shall be aware that since the Programme began in August 2013, as set out in the Further education outcome-based success measures: 2016 to 2017 - XXX.XX (xxx.xxx.xx) publication, between 62% and 71% of Learners have achieved a sustained positive destination in the six (6) months following their Traineeship by progressing to an apprenticeship, job or further learning.
