Outside Entertainment. Applicant agrees that no music, karaoke, television, or other forms of entertainment will be played in the Sidewalk Cafe seating area or in any other location except for karaoke inside the Establishment. This provision, however, shall not prevent Applicant from subsequently applying for permission to provide additional entertainment not currently permitted. STANDARD REMEDIES

Outside Entertainment. If Applicant chooses to provide Entertainment Outdoors on the Sidewalk Cafe, Applicant agrees that, in addition to the terms enunciated in the Noise and Privacy section, and notwithstanding anything else in law or this agreement, no Entertainment shall be hearable either on the west side of Wisconsin Ave or in front of Xxxxxx Xxxx. The Commission supports this First Amendment to the Agreement, conditioned upon the hours specified above; and be it further resolved The Commission approved this resolution at its meeting on September , 2021, which was properly noticed and at which a quorum was present.   • Entertainment Costs of entertainment, including amusement, diversion, and social activities, and any costs directly associated with such activities (such as tickets to shows or sports events, meals, lodging, rentals, transportation, and gratuities) are unallowable.

  • Lodging Board members should request conference rate or mid-fare room accommodations. A single room rate will be reimbursed. Board members should pay personal expenses at checkout. If that is impossible, deductions for the charges should be made on the expense form.

  • Travel No expenses for travel will be reimbursed unless specifically authorized by this Contract. Permitted expenses will be reimbursed at the rate paid by the State and in accordance with the Budget Agency’s Financial Management Circular – Travel Policies and Procedures in effect at the time the expenditure is made. Out-of-state travel requests must be reviewed by the State for availability of funds and for conformance with Circular guidelines.

  • Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran’s Business Enterprise (“IVBE”) participation plan. The following IVBE subcontractors will be participating in this Contract: VBE PHONE COMPANY NAME SCOPE OF PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES UTILIZATION DATE PERCENT _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ A copy of each subcontractor agreement shall be submitted to IDOA within thirty (30) days of the request. Failure to provide any subcontractor agreement may also be considered a material breach of this Contract. The Contractor shall report payments made to IVBE subcontractors under this Contract on a monthly basis.   • Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite provides an open source development environment that consists of Red Hat Enterprise Linux with built-in development tools, certain Red Hat Enterprise Linux Add-Ons, Red Hat Enterprise Linux for Real Time, Smart Management and access to Software Maintenance, but no Development or Production Support. If you use any of the Subscription Services or Software associated with Red Hat Enterprise Linux Developer Suite for Production Purposes, or use the Red Hat Enterprise Linux Software Subscription entitlement independently, you agree to purchase the applicable number of Units of the applicable Software Subscription. Red Hat does not provide Production Support or Development Support for Red Hat Enterprise Developer Suite.

  • PROFESSORS, TEACHERS AND RESEARCHERS 1. An individual who is a resident of a Contracting State immediately before making a visit to the other Contracting State, and who, at the invitation of any university, college, school or other similar educational institution which is recognized by the competent authority in that other Contracting State, visits that other Contracting State for a period not exceeding two years solely for the purpose of teaching or research or both at such educational institution shall be exempt from tax in that other Contracting State on any remuneration for such teaching or research.

  • EDUCATION ASSISTANTS 1. All Education Assistants employed by the Board to assist teachers in carrying out their responsibilities and duties under the School Act and Regulations shall be assigned to classes and/or students by the Principal and shall be assigned specific duties by the teacher during the designated periods of time.
