Common use of Outside Services Clause in Contracts

Outside Services. The cost of outside services and expertise, including but not limited to engineering, fees from consultants on regulatory matters, provided that the outside services rendered were for the benefit of Company under the Agreement, including the cost of contract services required or necessary in the opinion of Operator in connection with the provision of the Services. Operator shall make reasonable efforts to ensure costs for such services are competitive with industry norms.

Outside Services. The cost of outside services and expertise, including but not limited to engineeringlegal, accounting and engineering fees, and fees from consultants on regulatory mattersconsultants, provided to the extent that the outside services rendered were for the benefit of Company under the Agreement, including the cost of contract services required or necessary in the opinion of Operator Owner in connection with the provision of providing the Services. Operator shall make reasonable efforts to ensure costs for such services are competitive with industry norms.
