OVER SCALE. Any bargaining unit employee currently earning a rate over the wage scale shall receive an increase of twenty-five ($0.25).
OVER SCALE. Over–scale means the compensation, which a Guild Member has contracted with a Producer over and above the minimum compensation in this Agreement.
OVER SCALE. CHI shall have the right to pay over scale to any employee in the bargaining unit provided that said over scale compensation is not based on race, color, creed, ethnic origin, gender, or any other prohibited basis under federal, state or local law. Bargaining unit members who are over scale as of the effective date of this agreement, shall not have their rate of pay reduced as a result of this agreement.

OVER SCALE. Employees All over-scale or accelerated employees shall receive the same percentage or cents per hour increases for each year of the Agreement.
