Overboard Discharges. The Marina has a "zero tolerance" policy with respect to overboard discharges. Overboard discharges of heads or holding tanks is forbidden by law and by Xxxxxx's rules. Violation of such laws or contract terms is grounds for immediate eviction and termination of the Marina's obligations to Owner under the Agreement. If the Vessel is equipped with a head or other permanent installation designed to hold human waste, the Vessel must be equipped with a marine holding tank. Owner agrees to permit inspection of such heads/installations upon demand by Xxxxxx, and agrees to permit a marina representative to deposit a dye tablet into any waste holding tank if the Xxxxxx xxxxx it appropriate for any reason, or to require Owner to deposit a dye tablet into holding tank(s).

Overboard Discharges. Overboard discharge of heads or holding tanks is forbidden by law and by County's rules; violation of these terms is grounds for immediate eviction and termination of the County's obligations to Licensee under the License. If the Vessel is equipped with a head or other permanent installation designed to hold human waste, the Vessel must be equipped with a marine holding tank. Licensee agrees to permit inspection of such heads/installations upon demand by County and agrees to the placement (at County’s discretion) of a dye tablet in the head’s holding tank.
Overboard Discharges. All overboard discharge openings through the shell plating above the waterline, shall be located above the 6’-6” foot waterline. All discharge penetrations shall be flush with the hull plating and shall be of extra strong pipe welded to a circular insert shell plate. Insert plates shall be of equal or greater thickness than the wall of the attached spool piece. No insert plate shall be less than the hull plate in the area of the penetration plus 1/8th inch. Any pipe penetrating the hull below the full load water line shall be fitted with schedule 80 spool pieces and sea valves. The inboard end of the spool piece shall have a 150 lb. pipe flange to bolt to the sea valve. The sea valves shall be located as close as practical to the hull openings. C315 DECKHOUSE
